The UBAVIDA Task Force’s new informative pill is now available on our YouTube channel. In it we share, in a clear and concise way, some of the key advances and knowledge that are driving the development of the project.
On this occasion, the video includes the contribution of two fundamental entities: the Spanish Wine Federation (FEV) and the Wine Technology Platform (PTV), whose role is essential for the fulfillment of the objectives set. Their experience and strategic vision contribute decisively to innovation and knowledge transfer in the wine sector.
This participation is key to advancing towards our ultimate goal: the production of a range of wines with lower alcohol content, while maintaining organoleptic properties similar to those of traditional wines, without sacrificing quality or the identity of the product.
